Performance Management
The Problem:
People, at all levels in the company, were not getting the
performance information they needed to grow and develop at the
desired level or to connect their own efforts to the results of the
company.
The Work:
Developed a new performance management process
including identification of:
- the success drivers
for the company
- what performance
(exhibited behaviors) was necessary at each
level to achieve success
- the competencies
required by individuals at those levels
Also, the development
of the various performance management tools to
facilitate ongoing growth and development, which
included:
- a set of performance
assessment tools that provides the ability
for people to see the behavioral
expectations at every level of career
progression
- a self-initiated
feedback and planning process
The Result:
A performance management process that fully
links individual performance with company
success and provides for focused growth and
development of people.
